Bill Clinton in the bright lights again



We learned yesterday that former President Bill Clinton will play a key part in the Democratic National Convention, formally placing President Obama's name in nomination. According to The New York Times, he'll deliver a prime-time speech that will "present a forceful argument for why Mr. Obama deserves to win a second term."

It hasn't always been easy between Bill and Barack, but there is little doubt the former president's appearance will provide significant drama. Bill Clinton is certainly one of the most popular figures in the Democratic Party, even outside the party.

And where will former President Bush and his sidekick Dick be during the GOP convention? Why, somewhere else. Isn't that interesting...
