Jobs

20,000 job cuts coming from Caterpillar, another 8,000 from Sprint, and all the bad-faith Republicans want to do about is gripe, lie, sit on their hands, and call for more tax cuts. A tax cut will not put a Caterpillar worker back on the job. A shovel-ready infrastructure project on the other hand may just do the trick. Until Republicans are serious about turning the economy around they should not have a seat at the table. Period.
Update: 71,400 -- that's the number of job cuts announced today. This is only the start. Thank you, GOP.

When you pay high taxes, you cannot afford to hire as many people. It certaonly is not the only issue, but even President Obama is suggesting there should be capital gains tax CUTS (yes, CUTS!) for small businesses. But hey, if Obama doesn't follow your socialist garbage to the letter, your BDS will be replaced with ODS.

Yes, these arguments always refer back to the ideology and never to observable reality. Come to think of it, that's a pretty good description of derangement, isn't it?
Since Bush left office like a dog with its tail between its legs, the most unpopular and disliked ex-president in memory, your "analysis" is long overdue for an oil change.

I agree with Capt Fosgg.
