Ron Paul to stop active campaigning
CNN is reporting that GOP presidential hopeful Ron Paul will no longer actively campaign for his party's nomination.
An announcement from Rep. Paul said the following:
"Moving forward, we will no longer spend resources campaigning in primaries in states that have not yet voted. Doing so with any hope of success would take many tens of millions of dollars we simply do not have."
Well, that's over.

MJWS adds:
Yes, but not really. Because he's not going away:
Our campaign will continue to work in the state convention process. We will continue to take leadership positions, win delegates, and carry a strong message to the Republican National Convention that Liberty is the way of the future.
Paul and Romney have apparently gotten quite close during the campaign, the former often seeming to be the latter's only friend, particularly when Santorum and Gingrich were tag-teaming him, and Paul will no doubt be an ally (of sorts) going forward, but it looks like he'll continue to be a thorn in the side of the Republican Party. It's just what he is.
