And I'm sure they're all rich enough that a 3% marginal tax increase will cost them a dime.
Any damn excuse to bash a Democratic administration -- any damn excuse at all, no matter how self-contradictory, incorrect, fabricated or phony it might be.

Seriously, Capt., where were was all the outrage when Bush was spending us to oblivion (and now when we need to spend they think it's a waste, ugh).
