When banks admit to criminal activities, pay fines for bank's criminal activities, and _NO_ people in the bank are held criminally accountable ... Ya.
I say the Obama administration is not being tough on corporations. This is unforgivable government malfeasance.

Given how the Obama Administration treats 'above the law' officials who have admitted/acknowledged participation in
a) committing war-crimes,
b) violating Constitutional protections, and
c) violating international and national laws.
The allowing of the Banksters to walk away from scene of their crimes with their profits, comes as no surprise.
One could easily come to the conclusion that the government is in collusion.
