Obama's HCR bill to include government oversight of rate increases

It's a great idea. It should help sooth critics. However, if they don't quickly get out in front of the criticism, this common-sense, populist proposal will surely be demonized as more government takeover. I hope they have learned their lessons. I hope they are ready.
