Sometimes I long for the Bush days

By Creature

Back then it was so much easier to scream bloody murder when the guy doing the escalating wasn't the one I voted for.

  • Yeah - not easy is it; President of ALL the people; COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF. Of course, if Obama ONLY did what you wanted, he'd be absolutely unelectable.

  • what inglourious puke...

  • Obama, again, the un-President. Completely unaware how distracting his "cadence-like" podium-rapping was being amplified...
The World was listening Mr. O.
I, a musician couldn't resist keeping time with his talking points...
What a juxtaposition to the stoic silence of the the men in ranks... showing O's absolute incomprehension of The Office...

  • Presidential unawareness - it began with Obama, right? Just like the war itself, which of course was going so well until Obama.

I do disagree with escalating it of course, but then I disagreed with it a long time ago and was called names for it by people who backed it, insisted that criticism was unpatriotic and that I was aiding and abetting "the enemy" and that there was "a war on" and so we all should shut up because the only thing to do about a war was to WIN.

We've had almost a year of hysterical trollery: people screaming "Ohmygod" every time he blinked or didn't blink and most of it based on lies. It's even getting hard to listen to criticism I agree with when experience shows that the odds are, you'd be snickering and snarking no matter what he did and whether it was true or not.

Bush and his absolute incomprehension of everything got us mire down is a war that became meaningless after he screwed the pooch at Tora Bora. What did you say then?

  • "What did you say then?"

Well . . . what I say now is that you're a broken record. YAWN!!!!

  • A yawn would be the most intelligent think you've ever said, but I'm sure you yawn for all the guys.
