Put me in the mad-as-hell camp over his resignation. Van Jones was no more radical than, say, Dick Cheney or John Bolton or any member of the Congressional Birther Caucus. The slime campaign and hissy fit against Jones was about getting an Obama scalp and it worked because the administration (and Democrats generally) have no spine for the fight. The double standard against Democrats is alive, well, and, more importantly, self-inflicted.
Why does everything involving a big "D" these days leave me so disheartened?

Apparently you have not watched any Van Jones audio/video clips. He is what he is, he said what he said, and he believes what he believes. The word comunist and Presidential advisor do not belong in the same sentence.....and especially on the payroll of our Government. Creature!!! Get a life. Leave the logical conclusions to the human race. Apparently you are incapable....poor little critter.

Knows about as much about green jobs as one of tens of thousands of high school science teachers with an interest in ecology.
Knows about as much about job creation as most other people who have never started a business or made a payroll.
Got all the breaks, even provided a Yale education, and just became another 'poverty pimp'. Foster racial divisiveness to derive a good living through the use of 'non-profits'.
Example: Motivated support for his non-profits by preaching that 'white corporations' always dumped their toxic wastes in minority urban neighborhoods. Really? Show me a major impoverished urban city (parts of New York, Chicago, LA, St Louis, Miami, Detroit, etc.) that have not been run by his political party for the last 50 years.

Anyone who blames either party or past Presidents for what is going on today, should have their voting rights taken away. These are the same people that got us into this mess. Wake up and stop drinking the koolaid, we are where we are because Congress, not one side or the other got us here. When our politicians start viting the way the citizens they represent want, we will get back on track. I am all for term limitations for these representatives so we get some new blood in there to fix out problems.
