Are you kidding me? I'll argue the point That bo and sotomayor are infact anti-constitution. They both have the view that they are restrained by the constitution. He actually said that - straight off the trusty telepromter. "restrained" to me sounds like he is "limited". and limited is n0t what the constitution is. it gives us "the people" rights. rights to be what we want. immigrants come to this country for a better life. to secede. and this is - granted - by the constitution. not restrained. Im appalled that someone who doesnt believe in the constitution is now in the highest court to interpret the constitution? can you say FUCKED UP.

Sure, in half a dozen languages, gaandu and I can also say demented and ignorant liar. You're better at listing the standard dimwit giggling points than you are at apostrophes, but your view of the constitution being a guarantee of some kind of solipsistic anarchy makes me doubt that you're even sane. You're asking for a judiciary that does not recognize the legitimacy of law?
If you believe that document gives each citizen unlimited and unrestrained rights you're probably already incarcerated, no sir, you don't get to secede. You do get to leave however.
