Stewart gets better all the time. Why is it that all those "objective" reporters can't expose the hypocrisy, the contradictions and the illogical stupidity of these would-be leaders?
He eviscerated Schmuckabee so quickly and cleanly he didn't seem to realize it.

I don't watch much teevee, so it took me years to watch the Daily Show. Once I did, I finally understood what everybody was so excited about. They should have offered Jon Stewart the host slot on MTP.

I think he's very happy with his job, but sometimes I wish he'd do something that would be perceived to be more credible. To write off his commentary as comedy doesn't do him justice.
I honestly was more happy with his election coverage than any major news network's (minus Maddow)...and he's on the Comedy network! His biggest contribution to me is in showing politicians' own contradictions via video evidence.
