By Michael J.W. Stickings
Via CNN, Hagel said this at a forum at the Johns Hopkins School of Advances International Studies:
Hagel took direct aim at Rush Limbaugh and his ilk, those who "try to rip everyone down and make fools of everybody but [who] don't have any answers."
Given his take on the state of partisan politics as usual, he must be very pleased that Obama won the election.
HuffPo's Sam Stein has more on Hagel's remarks.
Via CNN, Hagel said this at a forum at the Johns Hopkins School of Advances International Studies:
The American people don't like what is going on… they want us to start doing what leaders are expected to do, address the problems, find some consensus to governing. Get along.
