  • I don't know whether to be cheered by the ruling itself, or depressed that three of them (actually, four, but Roberts had to recuse himself) actually thought the tribunals were Constitutional.

    Worse, the Court just handed the Republicans another issue to hit Democrats over the head with in the campaign. Republicans would have preferred to duck it, but now they can't, and they won't. And opposing revisions to the law isn't likely to be something very many Dems will stand up and do.
