The next cold war: Canada vs. Denmark
Vivek Krishnamurthy has the shocking story at DW&CS. Maybe this is just what we need to keep this great country together. (By the way, they're now called "freedom pastries," not Danishes. Yes, ordinary Canadians are fighting back!) Actually, if you want the "real" story of the Hans Island dispute, click here and here.

Perhaps, "anonymous," perhaps. In the grand scheme of things, it is indeed quite insignificant. But how is it "worthy of Canada"?
And, just curious, are you a Canadian or a non-Canadian?

Down with Danes.
I happen to like the cafe press products of the Hans Island Liberation Front though (esp the no inishuk). Are they by Vivek???

Unfortunately I can't claim the credit (or the profits) for creating such innovative products that support such a worthy cause. Though I really should be doing better given how much I complain about Canada's un-entrepreneurial retailers (shameless plug -- click here)!
